SKIP A DELIVERY

We understand that life happens and have solutions to help keep happiness blooming. You can update the delivery date of upcoming deliveries or switch up your recipient for one or more subscription orders. Learn more about updating an upcoming delivery.

If you’d like to skip an upcoming delivery, you can do so in just a few clicks. You will not be charged for a skipped delivery. However, if you would like to reinstate a delivery after it has been skipped, you can reinstate the delivery. Learn more about reinstating a skipped delivery

Mobile browser

  1. Login to your account by going to the navigation on the top left and selecting LOG IN under MY ACCOUNT. Once logged in, you’ll find "Manage My Deliveries" under "My Subscriptions" in the side menu.

2. You will see your Subscription Dashboard with a "Deliveries" tab and a "Settings" tab. Since you are skipping an individual order, select the "Deliveries" tab. The tab allows you to edit "Upcoming" orders.

3. Select the delivery you would like to skip.

4. Hit “Skip Delivery” and confirm your skip.

Detailed desktop browser instructions:

1. While logged into your account, go to the profile icon on the top right of the screen and click “Manage Subscription”.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Skip delivery”.
