SKIP A DELIVERY

We understand that life happens and have solutions to help keep happiness blooming. You can update the delivery date of upcoming deliveries or switch up your recipient for one or more subscription orders. Learn more about updating an upcoming delivery.

If you’d like to skip an upcoming delivery, you can do so in just a few clicks. You will not be charged for a skipped delivery. Unfortunately, at this time, if you would like to reinstate a delivery after it has been skipped, please contact Customer Service.

Mobile browser

1. Login to your account by going to the navigation on the top left and selecting LOG IN under MY ACCOUNT. Once logged in, you’ll find MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION under MY ACCOUNT.

2. You will see your Subscription Dashboard with the next delivery. If this delivery has not been processed you can select “Edit” to manage the delivery details or skip this delivery. Select “Deliveries” to view and edit all upcoming deliveries for the next three months.

3. Select the delivery you would like to skip.

4. Hit “Skip Delivery” and confirm your skip.

Detailed desktop browser instructions:

1. While logged into your account, go to the profile icon on the top right of the screen and click “Manage Subscription”.

2. Visit the "Deliveries" tab to select the upcoming delivery you would like to skip.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Skip delivery” and confirm your skip.
