UPDATE INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

For each subscription order you may change the:

  • Bouq
  • Delivery Date
  • Recipient
  • Bouq Size
  • Gift Note
  • Vase Inclusion

If you are looking to edit your overall subscription default settings, rather than an individual delivery, you can find more information here.

  • An email with the details of your upcoming order will be sent prior to processing to remind you to make any changes that you'd like before the order is confirmed. 
  • You may make edits to future order(s) within your subscription as long as it hasn’t been processed/charged. If it is too late to make changes, options will not be selectable.
  • Unfortunately at this time, the frequency of your deliveries cannot be changed within a subscription. To change your delivery frequency, please cancel the original subscription, then create a new one with your desired preferences.

Mobile browser: 

  1. Login to your account by going to the navigation on the top left and selecting LOG IN under MY ACCOUNT. Once logged in, you’ll find "Manage My Deliveries" under "My Subscriptions" in the side menu.

2. You will see your Subscription Dashboard with a "Deliveries" tab and a "Settings" tab. Since you are changing an individual order, select the "Deliveries" tab. The tab allows you to edit "Upcoming" orders.

3. Select the delivery you would like to edit. For each upcoming delivery, you can edit the Bouq, delivery date, recipient, Bouq size, gift note (be sure to include your name so they know who it is from), and vase inclusion. You may also skip your delivery. 

Be sure to select "Save Changes" when you are satisfied with the updated information. These changes will only affect the specific order that you've selected.
