Once FedEx has picked up your Bouq from the farms, they will scan each box to transmit tracking updates. Please keep in mind that flowers arriving from our domestic farms will usually be picked up the night before delivery, around 6PM PST, at which point the tracking progress will begin.
In preparation for a speedy delivery, our farm partners may print your FedEx label in advance, so your tracking information may indicate "Label Created" for a day or two. Your tracking details will update once Fedex has possession of your box and scans it into their system once it's en route.
