MY TRACKING PAGE HASN'T UPDATED

You'll begin to see the Bouq's shipping progress on the tracking screen once FedEx scans your order upon pickup from the farm. Flowers arriving from our domestic farms will usually be picked up the night before delivery, around 6PM PST, at which point the tracking progress will begin.

For assistance with tracking your order once it's en route, you can check the tracking here: https://bouqs.com/orders/status. If your order was placed as a guest, check your inbox for email notifications with your tracking number.
