WHY AM I GETTING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot:

  • Please try clearing your history, cache, and cookies, and attempt again
  • Try using a different browser

If you continue experiencing the error, please take a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving and send it to us via Screen_Shot_2022-06-08_at_3.29.25_PM.png(located bottom right side of the screen) daily 6 am-5 pm PST. You can also send it to us via email (help@thebouqs.com) and we will respond within 24 hours. 

 

P.S.: Our website is currently only supported in the US. If you already have a payment method saved to a Bouqs account please let us know what arrangement, address, gift note, and card on file you'd like to use. We'd be happy to place that order on our end for you.
