Forgot my password: If you’ve forgotten your password, or if you receive a message that your account has been locked out for 30 minutes due to too many login attempts, click “Forgot Password”. 

If you receive a message that your account has been locked due to too many login attempts, please use the "forgot password" option 1 hour after being locked out.



 Enter your email address and click “Retrieve Your Password”.



Lastly, check your inbox (and spam) for your new temporary password. If you can not locate the password reset email, contact us for assistance in resetting your password. 


Password Reset: To reset your password, log into your Bouqs account and hover over the silhouette icon at the top right. 




Click “My Account” to view your profile.





The green “Edit” button to the right of your information will open up your profile details.




A pop up will open up with all of your information. At the bottom, you may create a new password, as well as edit other account details.




Don't forget to click the save button!
