I forgot my password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” just beneath the “Login” button. Enter your email address and check your inbox for your new temporary password.
How do I reset my password? To reset your password, log into your Bouqs account and hover over the silhouette icon at the top right. Click “My Account” to view your profile. The orange “Edit” link to the right of your information will open up your profile details. Here you may edit any of the fields, including your password at the bottom.
How can I view my past and current orders? If you placed an order through your Bouqs account, you’ll be able to log in and view your current and past orders. Simply hover over the silhouette icon to the top right and click “Orders.”
