With a Bouqs account, you can track your Bouq in your Order History by clicking on the “Track Order” button next to it. Additionally, you’ll receive tracking information in an email once your Bouq has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
If your order was placed under a guest account, you will still receive email notifications about your delivery. If you are unable to locate your email providing the tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team here. Simply include your order number and/or recipient's name and someone will be in touch shortly about your Bouq’s status.
If you ordered from our florist/same-day, you might not see a change in the status of your Bouq until after the delivery. You can contact our Customer Service Team to double check that your flowers are on their way here.
Note: Tracking is generated for a Bouq once it’s picked up by the carrier. Domestic farm Bouqs are picked up the night before delivery while international farm Bouqs are picked up about 4-5 days prior to the delivery date.
