Once your Bouq has been picked up and scanned by the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link that will direct you to the most up-to-date tracking details.
With a Bouqs account, you can also track your Bouq in your Order History by clicking on the “Track Order” button next to it.
If your order was placed under a guest account, you will receive an email confirmation about your order with the order number. Simply enter your billing zip code and the order number in the form of this link to check on its status.
If you ordered from our florist/same-day, you might not see a change in the status of your Bouq until after the delivery. You can contact our Customer Service Team to double check that your flowers are on their way here.
Note: Tracking is generated for a Bouq once it’s picked up by the carrier. Domestic farm Bouqs are picked up the night before delivery while international farm Bouqs are picked up about 4-5 days prior to the delivery date.
If your tracking page shows PENDING or "Tracking not Found" with no delivery date, Please contact Customer Care.
