We do our best to package our flowers so they can safely go along their journey. If there are broken stems in your Bouq, a damaged vase, or if your plant has been dislodged from its vase, please contact us as soon as possible. Please attach photos in your chat, or email, that show the entire Bouq/plant damage so we can best assist you. 


If your flowers appear a bit wilted or thirsty, following the care instructions included with them will typically bring them back to life within 1-2 days.
