We do our best to package our flowers so they can safely go along their journey. If there are broken stems in your Bouq, a damaged vase, or if your plant has been dislodged from its vase, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send photos that show the entire Bouq/plant damage so we can best assist you.

If your flowers appear a bit wilted or thirsty, following the care instructions included with them will typically bring them back to life within 1-2 days.
