UPDATE DEFAULT SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS

You may update your default (1) Bouq size, (2) Recipient, and (3) Payment method in your overall Subscription settings. Please note that gift notes and signatures do not carry over. You will need to add a note for each subscription order (if desired) so that your recipient knows who to thank!

Please note:

  • Changes made to overall subscription settings will apply to all unconfirmed future deliveries. If an order is confirmed and has been sent to the farm, the updated default settings will not apply to that order. 
  • Please note, if Bouq size or recipient had been customized for a future delivery, updating default settings will not override those updates. If you would like to apply updated overall subscription settings to edited deliveries, you will need to edit them individually. 
  • Any changes you make will not apply to the first order in your subscription. If you need help with your initial order, please contact Customer Service.
  • Unfortunately, at this time, the Frequency of your deliveries cannot be changed within a subscription. To change your delivery frequency, please cancel the original subscription, then create a new one with your desired preferences.

Mobile browser:

Login to your account by going to the navigation on the top left and selecting LOG IN under MY ACCOUNT. Once logged in, you’ll find "Manage My Deliveries" under "My Subscriptions".

You will see your Subscription Dashboard with a "Deliveries" tab and a "Settings" tab. Since you are changing your ongoing preferences, select the "Settings" tab. 

The tab allows you to edit your Default Bouq size, Default Recipient, and Default Payment Method. 

Please note that you can not change how often your deliveries will arrive. To change your delivery frequency, please cancel the original subscription, then create a new one with your desired preferences or select the link to contact customer service.

(1)  Edit default Bouq size: Select "Grand", "Deluxe" or "Original" and ensure to hit “Save Changes” after making a selection.

(2)  Edit default recipient: Select “Edit Recipients” in the Default Recipient box.

Select or add the new default recipient and ensure to hit “Change Default Recipient”.

(3)   Edit default payment method: Select "Edit Payment Methods" in the Default Payment Method box. Select or add your new default payment method and ensure to hit “Save Changes”.

Desktop browser:

While logged into your account, go to the "My Subscriptions" tap in the top menu and click “Manage My Deliveries”.

(2) Edit default recipient: Select Edit Recipients, which will open the Recipients tab.

(3) Edit default payment method: Select Edit Payment Method, which will open the Payment Method tab.

Add or select your default payment method. Ensure to hit “Save Changes”.
