HOW DO I MANAGE MY BOUQS SUBSCRIPTION?

To ensure a customized experience, you are able to edit both your overall Subscription Settings and individual Subscription order details.

Please note that any changes you make will not apply to the first order in your subscription. If you need help with your initial order, please contact Customer Service

Update overall subscription settings 

Log into your Bouqs account and click "Manage Subscription."

 

You will see your Subscription Dashboard with the next delivery as well as Subscription Overview, Recipient and Payment Information.  If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one that you'd like to manage then you will be directed to your Dashboard.

Visit the "Settings" tab to make updates. Here, you may change the:

  • Flower Collection
  • Bouq Size

Changes made here will apply to all unconfirmed future deliveries.

 

Update individual subscription orders:

An email with the details of your upcoming order will be sent prior it processing to allow you time to make any changes that you'd like. 

You may make edits to future order(s) within your subscription as long as it hasn’t confirmed/started packing at the farm. If it is too late to make changes, options will not be selectable.

Log into your Bouqs account and click "Manage Subscription."

You will see your Subscription Dashboard with the next delivery as well as Subscription Overview, Recipient and Payment Information. If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one that you'd like to manage then you will be directed to your Dashboard. 

Visit the "Deliveries" tab to make updates. Here, you may change the:

  • Bouq
  • Delivery Date
  • Recipient
  • Bouq Size
  • Gift Note
  • Vase

You may also skip your delivery, if for example, you plan on being out of town during the intended delivery date.  

Be sure to select "Save Changes" when you are satisfied with the updated information. 

These changes will only affect the specific order that you've selected. 

 **Unfortunately at this time, the frequency of your deliveries cannot be changed within a subscription. To change your delivery frequency, please cancel the original subscription, then create a new one with your desired preferences.**
