You may cancel your subscription at any time before or after the year is up.
Without cancelling your subscription, the service will continue in the same frequency, after the year ends.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your Bouqs account, click “Manage Subscriptions,” then “Edit Subscription Services.” Here, you may click on the cancellation button to then be walked through the quick and easy process.
- If your subscription was set up as (or transitioned into) pay-as-you-go, you will no longer incur any automated transactions.
- If your subscription was prepaid, please contact our customer support team. One of our team members will be able to honor your preference for either a refund of your remaining cash balance to your original form of payment or issue a promotional credit equal to your remaining value balance.
