You may cancel your subscription at any time. Without cancelling your subscription, the service will continue in the same frequency with no end date.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your Bouqs account, click “Manage Subscriptions,” then “Edit Subscription Services.” Here, you may click on the cancellation button to then be walked through the quick and easy process.
Be sure to cancel your subscription in advance. If you an order has been recently confirmed, cancelling your subscription will not cancel your order. This will be your last order and your subscription will be cancelled moving forward.
- If your subscription was set up as (or transitioned into) pay-as-you-go, you will no longer incur any automated transactions.
- If your subscription was prepaid, please contact our customer support team. One of our team members will be able to honor your preference for either a refund of your remaining cash balance to your original form of payment or issue a promotional credit equal to your remaining value balance.
