If you're not sure you're ready to make things permanent, try skipping a delivery instead.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first subscription order. Without canceling your subscription, the service will continue on the same frequency with no end date.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your Bouqs account, click “Manage Subscriptions,” then select the “Settings” tab. Here, you may click on the cancellation button to then be walked through the quick and easy process.
Be sure to cancel your subscription in advance. If an order has been recently processed, canceling your subscription will not cancel your order. A processed order will be your last order and your subscription will be canceled moving forward. Once canceled, you will no longer incur any automated transactions.
Detailed mobile browser instructions:
1. Login to your account by going to the navigation on the top left and selecting LOG IN under MY ACCOUNT. Once logged in, you’ll find MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION under MY ACCOUNT.
2. Select “Settings” on your Subscription Dashboard.
Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one that you'd like to cancel then you will be directed to your Dashboard.
3. Click on “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your cancellation.
Detailed desktop browser instructions:
1. While logged into your account, go to the profile icon on the top right of the screen and click “Manage Subscription”.
2. Click on the Settings tab in your Subscription Dashboard. Scroll down the page and click "cancel subscription."
Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, select the one that you'd like to manage then you will be directed to your Dashboard.
3. Click on “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your cancellation.
