The first thing to check before attempting to place an order with your voucher, is the link dedicated to your specific voucher. This link was provided to you via email. If you shop directly through Bouqs.com instead of the voucher link, your voucher will not be recognized at checkout.
To confirm you are on the correct landing page, you will see a "Welcome Groupon/Living Social Shoppers" banner at the top of the page.
If you do not see the banner, simply clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser, and it should appear. From there, you can shop from the available collection and proceed to checkout. Once on the payment methods screen during check out, you will be able to to enter your voucher code in the "Apply Discount or Promo Code" box.
