While FedEx does have the capability to reroute, we do not process them because the success rate is very low and can delay delivery which will result in poor quality of your Bouq. However, FedEx does allow order pick up at Walgreens if applicable in your recipient's area (continue to scroll down for specific instructions).
If there is no Walgreens location available in your recipient's area, the best option is to have your flowers held at a FedEx facility. To pick a location, please visit FedEx.com with your tracking number and select the "Customize Delivery" button. Tracking a Bouqs delivery can be done through your Bouqs.com account, under Order History. Simply select the 'Track Order' button to the right of the Bouq you are looking to track. ***Please note if the order is out for delivery, you will not see the option to select a pick up location as this is out of the delivery modification window. ***
Reroute and Pick Up Instructions: Click “Follow That Bouq” in the shipment confirmation email sent from The Bouqs. Click “Manage Delivery” and then click “Hold At Location” under the recipient name/address on Fedex’s website. (This will not show as an option if Fedex has not picked up the package yet.)
Create an account if you do not already have one. Log in to your account and search for a holding location by the recipient’s address/zip code.
After selecting a location, confirm the location and contact information. If you agreed to notifications on your account, you will receive a text once the package has been delivered to Walgreens.
After submitting your request, you will see a confirmation page.
Click “Done” and you will be taken back to the original tracking page.
You will receive a confirmation email from FedEx regarding the updates. Ensure that the recipient brings a photo ID pick up their own package.
