Do you have a Bouqs account? Orders placed through your Bouqs account can be viewed in your Order History.
View your orders either by hovering over the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and selecting 'Orders' from the drop down menu, or by clicking on your Order History.
If you do not have a Bouqs account, unfortunately, you will not be able to view your order history. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you with specific questions about your order history if you do not have a Bouqs account. Otherwise, you can refer to your order confirmation emails which are sent even if you do not have an account with us.
