If you created a login you've created a Bouqs account and can viewed in your Order History by logging into your account, hovering over the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and selecting 'Orders' from the drop down menu. You can also view your orders here.
If you checked out as a guest, you do not have a Bouqs account and unfortunately will not be able to view your order history. You can refer to your order confirmation emails and if you have additional questions, please reach out to our support team through our contact form so we can assist you.
